Who Should Apply & Eligibility
Target Audience: Civil society advocates, legislative aides, youth parliamentarians, and policy analysts.
• Active civic leader, CSO practitioner, or public policy researcher
• Resident in Nigeria or representing a registered youth coalition
• Prepared to travel to Abuja for the two-day summit
