As Executive Director and Co-Founder of YouthLab Solutions, he oversees program design, policy advisory engagements, and partnerships across government, civil society, and development institutions. He also serves as Legislative Aide in the National Assembly of Nigeria, providing legislative research, policy analysis, and technical advisory support to inform legislative debates and oversight functions. He has represented Nigeria at the 28th African Union Ordinary Session and the South Africa-Nigeria Youth Dialogue.

He has held pivotal leadership roles including Technical Advisor at the Delta State Ministry of Youth Development, Founder of Karachi Rural-Urban Development Initiative, Advisor to the Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group (NDEBUMOG), Board Member of KAZILIM Engineering & Technologies Limited, and Member of the National Steering Committee of the Civil Society for the Eradication of Tuberculosis in Nigeria (TB Network).
